How to log in to Corgibet
Your Corgibet login opens everything on the site: the casino lobby, the live tables, the sportsbook, the cashier and your account settings. It is the same login on every device, so the details you use on your laptop also work on your phone and tablet.
Here are the steps for a normal sign in:
- Go to the official Corgibet site. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark you saved earlier, rather than following a link from an email or an ad.
- Tap the Log In button at the top of the page.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Enter your password. Passwords are case sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is off.
- Tap Log In. Your balance and username appear at the top of the screen once you are in.
If the login window does not open, or the page shows an "Access blocked in your country" message, the site is not available where you are. That block is applied by location. Do not try to get around it with a VPN, since our terms do not allow it and the account may be closed. If you believe the block is showing in error, contact support by email and explain where you are.
Staying signed in
Your browser may keep you signed in between visits if you allow cookies. That is convenient on a personal phone with a screen lock. On a shared computer, always log out when you finish and do not let the browser save your password. Sessions also end after a period of inactivity, which protects your account if you walk away from the screen.
One login for casino and sports
Corgibet runs the casino and the sportsbook on the same account. After you sign in, you can switch between them from the main menu without logging in again. Your balance is shared, so money you deposit is ready for a pokie or a bet on the weekend's footy. Bonuses are a different matter: casino and sports offers have separate terms, and bonus funds from one may not be usable in the other. Your bonus section shows which offer is active and where it can be used.
First time? Registering a Corgibet account
You need an account before you can log in. Registration takes a few minutes. Tap Sign Up, enter your email and a password, then fill in your full name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your ID. Choose your currency, confirm your country and accept the terms and conditions. You must be 18 or older to register.
We then send a confirmation link or code to your email or phone. Confirm it and your account is active. The first time you log in, take a minute to look around the account area. You will find your balance, the cashier, your bonus section, your transaction history and the settings for limits and security.
It is worth setting a deposit limit on that first visit, before you play. You can also check the promotions page for the current welcome offer, since many offers need you to opt in before your first deposit. The Corgibet home page explains the sign up process, the first deposit and the welcome offer in more detail.
One account per person
Each player can hold one Corgibet account. If you have forgotten whether you registered before, do not open a new account. Try a password reset with your email address first. If that fails, contact support, who can check for an existing account. Duplicate accounts break our terms and can be closed, and any bonuses claimed on them may be removed.
Verification (KYC) after you log in
Before your first withdrawal, Corgibet needs to confirm who you are. This is called KYC, short for know your customer. It protects you, because it makes it much harder for someone to use your identity or your payment cards, and it is part of how online casinos meet their legal duties.
You will usually be asked for three kinds of document. First, a photo ID such as a passport or driver licence. Second, a proof of address dated within the last few months, for example a utility bill or bank statement. Third, proof that you own the payment method you used, such as a photo of your card with the middle digits covered or a screenshot of your e-wallet account. We may also ask for a selfie, a phone check or extra documents in some cases.
Upload documents from the verification section of your account. Photos must be clear, in colour and show all four corners of the document. Blurry, cropped or edited images will be rejected and slow things down. Once approved, you will not usually need to repeat the process unless your details change or you add a new payment method.
Tips for a smooth check
- Use the same name and address on your account as on your documents.
- Take photos in good light, flat on a table, without glare.
- Send documents as soon as you register, rather than waiting for a withdrawal.
- If the team asks for something extra, reply through the same channel so the request stays in one thread.
Forgotten password and account recovery
Forgetting a password happens to everyone. On the login window, tap Forgot Password. Enter the email address linked to your Corgibet account and submit. We send a reset link to that address. Open it, choose a new password and confirm. You can then log in with the new password straight away.
If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and any promotions tab in your inbox. Make sure you entered the right email address, including any dots or numbers. Reset links usually expire after a short time, so if you open an old one, request a fresh link.
If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact support through live chat or by email at [email protected]. The team will ask some questions to confirm the account belongs to you and may ask for ID before changing the email. This can take a little longer, but it stops someone else from taking over your account.
Once you are back in, take a moment to check your account details are still correct, including your email and phone number. Keeping them current means the next reset, if you ever need one, reaches you straight away.
Choosing a good new password
Pick a password of at least twelve characters that you have never used anywhere else. A short phrase of unrelated words is easy to remember and hard to guess. Avoid your name, birthday, the name of your dog or anything someone could find on your social media. A password manager can generate and store a strong one for you.
Two-factor login and account security
Your password is the main lock on your account, so treat it with care. If your account settings offer two-factor authentication or another extra login step, switch it on. With two-factor login, a sign in needs both your password and a one-time code from your phone, so a stolen password alone is not enough.
Watch out for phishing. Corgibet will never ask for your password by email, phone, SMS or chat. Messages that say your account is about to be closed, or that you have won a prize and need to log in through a link, are common tricks. If you get one, do not click. Type the official address into your browser and log in from there to check your account.
Review your account activity from time to time. Your transaction history shows deposits, withdrawals and bets. If you see something you do not recognise, change your password straight away and contact support so the team can secure the account and look into it.
Common Corgibet login problems and fixes
Most login issues have simple causes. Work through this list before contacting support, since one of these will often fix it in seconds.
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Wrong password message | Check Caps Lock and keyboard language, then use Forgot Password |
| Page will not load | Refresh, clear the browser cache, try another browser |
| Access blocked notice | The site is not available in your location; switch off any VPN and contact support if you think it is wrong |
| Account locked | Too many failed attempts can lock it for a while; wait or contact support |
| Logged out repeatedly | Allow cookies for the site and check the date and time on your device |
If your account has been restricted or closed, the login screen or an email from us will usually say so. Restrictions can apply for security reasons, while verification is pending or if you have used a self exclusion tool. Live chat can explain the reason and what, if anything, you need to do.
When you contact support, give your username or email, the device and browser you are using and the exact wording of any error message. A screenshot helps. That saves a lot of back and forth.
Self exclusion and your login
If you have used a time out or self exclusion tool, you will not be able to log in or play until the period ends. That is how the tool is meant to work, and support cannot lift it early. When a time out ends, you can usually log in as normal. A self exclusion may need you to contact support after it expires before the account opens again, with a cooling off period first.
If you are struggling to stay away during an exclusion, consider blocking gambling sites on your devices as well. Free blocking software is available, and Gambling Help Online can talk you through your options on 1800 858 858.
Logging in on mobile
Corgibet works in your phone's browser on Android and iOS. The login steps are the same as on desktop: open the site, tap Log In and enter your details. The layout adjusts to the smaller screen, and your balance, bonuses and bet history are all in the same place.
To get to the login screen faster, add the site to your home screen. In Chrome on Android, open the menu and tap Add to Home screen. In Safari on iPhone, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. You get an icon that opens the site directly. The Corgibet app page has more on mobile play, including tips for a smoother connection.
Your phone's own security matters here. Use a PIN, fingerprint or face unlock, and keep the phone's software and your browser up to date. If your phone is lost or stolen, change your Corgibet password from another device as soon as you can, then tell support. And remember the basics of play on any screen: set limits, take breaks and, if gambling stops being fun, reach out to Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
